DESCRIPTION
Atomoxetine is an active substance. It acts as a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. Atomoxetine inhibits norepinephrine, serotonin and dopamine transporter, increasing the levels of these chemicals in the brain. It also acts as an NMDA receptor antagonist. Atomoxetine is not an amphetamine derivative and does not provide psychostimulant effect.

Atomoxetine comes the form of tablets. Each tablet contains active ingredient – atomoxetine – 25 mg,
For oral administration with or without food 1-2 times/day. The first pill should be taken early in the morning and the second one in the early evening.
Dosage:
Kids and adolescent with the weight less than 70kg: initial daily dose is 0.5mg/kg, which is increased up to 1.2mg.kg not earlier than 3 days.
Adults and kids with weight over 70 kg: initial daily dose is 40mg, which is increased up to 80mg in 3 days.
Recommended maintenance dose is 80mg.
STORAGE
Store in dry place at room temperature. Do not exceed storage temperature higher than 25 degrees Celcius. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep locked and away from children.
